平西盧埃特酒店 (Hotel Ping Silhouette)

Cozy and clean, but I personally don’t like the fragrance in the room. And the quilt was ragged.

十分割裂的一家酒店，軟件不錯，硬件極差，所有的都衹能靠工作人員接待來彌補，前台服務很好，衞生打掃的也很乾凈，工作人員也很熱情。但是所謂設計感一詞並不能掩蓋其硬件極差的設施，酒店地理位置不太理想，周邊1km內沒有便利店，相比清邁其他酒店這就是很大不足，既不在寧曼也不在古城；酒店內部裝修也很迷惑，紅紅的燈籠在樓道里，這是中式恐怖風？然後，房間大門衹有一個小鎖，和廁所的設計也是衹有設計而完全無用，酒店廁所的淋浴設備水時大時小時冷時熱，洗個澡並不舒服。總的來説這個價位在清邁有很多更好的選擇，甚至便宜的價位都有比這更好的選擇，定價不倫不類，性價比幾乎沒有

Good location and quiet hotel, not busy. 

Очень хороший отель. Красивый стильный номер, услужливый персонал. Радуют детали, уют, комфорт. В номере есть увлажнитель воздуха Dyson. Даже ночью на ресепшен кто-то есть (если надо зарегистрироваться поздно или попросить бокалы или утюг). Бассейн есть: маленький, но чистый.

Good facilities, quiet and clean

很不錯的飯店 服務人員也很好 整理的也相當乾淨 晚上也非常安靜 很適合清幽的清邁

Attentive staff, central location, supreme facility for the cost. Can’t go wrong. 😀

Hotel is nice (in terms of rooms, location and cleanliness) BUT service is very poor. 1. we were not even greeted at the reception for check in (and even less for check out); I almost felt I was bothering the team with my presence (when there were people at the reception, which was sometimes empty even during the day)... maybe understaffed, but this is something manager should take care of, but no hotel manager around during the whole period (despite requests to speak to him). 2. rooms (of the whole hotel) had issues with water supply (either no water or brown color) throughout the days. Staff gave no feedback, explanation or apology unless directly challenged. A simple apology note would have been something at least... . Seems they had issues on water tank poor management. 3. breakfast suddenly changed from a-la carte (with good options) to buffet (with poor variety) from one day to another without explanation from staff on the reason. After push, managed at least to get scramble eggs. 4. still waiting for some kind of compensation (as my friend - who stayed during the same time - received through another platform but seems hotel still not giving feedbacks). My friend actually stayed in this hotel years ago and service was very good - but seems management changed with very, very poor results. this is probably my first bad review for a hotel but I was very frustrated during my staying and the price paid during new year was not cheap. It's really a pity cause hotel is quite pretty and has great potential, but with this poor service is a big no.
